A quick guide on prices. The base price is for only one character. Additional characters will have a separate fee.
Headshot: Anything that is above shoulders. I do not do detail backgrounds for these.
Half Body: Anything that is hips or mid thigh and up.
Full Body: Anything that lets you see the complete body.

Emotes: 5 USD

Headshots/Busts: 50 USD

Half Bodies with no/limited background: 100 (+20 per additional character)

Half Bodies with background: 175 USD (+30 per additional character)

Full Bodies with no background/limited background: 125 USD (+50 per additional character)

Full Bodies with background: 225 USD (+50 per additional character)

Character Reference Sheets: Varies

Character Reference Sheets vary in price depending on what the client wants in their own sheet. The client will be asked to provide references and a description of the character. If the client is wanting me to help create a new sona/character, there will be a base 50 USD on top of the price of the sheet.PLEASE NOTE: Ref sheets will have little to no shading. Keep in mind that it will not look like a full render. This is for convenience and makes the sheet easier to read for future artists/projects.

Concept Assistance: If the client is needing my help to create a character, the fee will be applied. This can be very time consuming so make sure you have an idea in mind. If you want to avoid this fee, make sure to know exactly what you want and provide the necessary references.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.I. GENERAL TERMS
You must be 18+ to commission me. By agreeing to these terms, you are confirming you are 18+. If it is discovered in post that you are underage, you will be blocked and will lose all rights to the commission. This is your official and only warning.The client may not repurpose or mint commissions into NFTs or any other form of cryptocurrency. The client does not have permission to use my art to make AI art.I, the artist, do art as a side job. The client may asks for WIP reports, but please be patient and considerate. I send regular updates to clients. If I haven’t sent anything, no work has been made that’s worth showing.All communication regarding commission work is to be done through twitter @AntlersWhite. When asking about commissions, this TOS will be sent to you directly.I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me. A Purchase of Commercial rights can be purchased for 500% of original price. With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.Ex: 100 USD + PoCR Fee (500 USD) = 600 USD.This does not apply to trademarked characters for legal purposes.If the client wants a private commission, there will be a Privacy Fee of 50% added to the commission.Ex: 100 USD + PF (50 USD) = 150 USD.The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given. My watermark/signature must remain intact and unaltered.Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use, is prohibited. Please contact me for permission.Use of my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image or claiming the artwork is prohibited.If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me.II. PAYMENT INFORMATIONI accept payment in USD. All USD payments will be taken via Paypal.Payment will have two parts:
1st half will be collected upfront once a quote is agreed upon.
2nd half will be collected once a sketch is agreed upon.You will be given 24 hours to pay after a sketch is shown and when a quote is given. Non-payment within 24 hours will result in the commission being cancelled. Progress up to this point, if any, will be re-purposed without using the character.The client may pay me upfront if it is more convenient for them. Payment plans can be negotiated.Refund Policy
If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, the client will receive a full refund.If the client cancels the commission during process, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to my discretion. A vague idea of those conditions:
Sketch: 80% returned
Line: 50% returned
Line and Flat Color: 20%
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.

WORKFLOW PROCESSI work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters the client provides. Please keep my art style in mind when ordering.
I will ask the client to provide reference images of their character and scenery. The client will be provided four sketches that they will choose from. The client may ask for slight changes in whatever image best suits them.
Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than 3 to 4 weeks. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 31 days of ordering, I will issue a full refund. The time starts when I accept payment, not when the client is in the queue/waiting list.Revisions Policy:
If the commission type includes a sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.
After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made without a fee. A vague idea of those fees:
Accessories: 10$ per accessory
Pose: 20$ per pose
Additional Character: 30$ per character on top of character price
Background: 50$ per backdropIf I make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
